Hello folks, I had the great joy of meeting His Excellency Patrick Rata, the New Zealand High Commissioner to India, this afternoon. The High Commission will be taking an intern shortly that we are excited about. Their past Asha interns have gone on to doing PhD’s, going for an international Masters, and working in embassies and corporate jobs. What a wonderful outcome. We also discussed other ways of working together. Our relationship with the NZHC goes back to the 1990’s. Many thanks to HE Patrick Rata and High Commission for partnering with us in the service to the poor of our city.
