We are delighted to have a wonderful team from St Stephen’s Church with us these days. Over the years, teams from St Stephen’s have regularly visited Asha, bringing hope, friendship, and love to some of the poorest communities in Delhi’s slums.
During their visit, the team has spent time with our young people, women, and the elderly, visiting families, listening to their stories, and encouraging them. Their warmth and compassion have brought immense joy and dignity to the lives they’ve touched.
Coming all the way from London and surrounding areas and choosing to devote their time to serve the poor speaks volumes about their values, commitment, and faith in action.
We are grateful to the entire team for being a source of rich blessings to our poor, and a special thank you to Karen and Alison, the team leaders, for all the hard work that they have put in to organise this trip.
