Dr Kiran- ”I was received with great warmth and gratitude by the residents of Asha’s Jeevan Nagar Community this past Monday. We ran a baby clinic there and I was disturbed to find that a lot of children under 5 years of age who had been healthy, had fallen into malnutrition or were on their way. I began a supplementary feeding program there, wherein all children from 1-3 years of age are given a nutritious meal at the Asha centre at about 12.30 pm.
Below you will also see pictures of the elderly, women with young children, widows, the disabled and the needy who had no money at all, were given funds. Many wept tears of gratitude.”
