Hello folks, yesterday I had the wonderful opportunity to meet the British High Commissioner to India HE Alex Ellis and his lovely wife Theresa. They graciously invited my mentees and me to their home for tea. Amritesh, Tushar, Abhishek and Mohini went with me. They shared their remarkable stories, and everyone’s spirits were raised. His Excellency promised to resume the internship and mentorship programs as soon as possible, and also begin hosting events in his garden once the Covid situation permits. We will certainly plan a visit for him in early 2022. We spoke about the wonderful partnerships with FOA GB and FOA Ireland. The students were excited and we all expressed our gratitude to him for their commitment to this partnership over so many years.
